SUCCESSFUL TRADE FAIR APPEARANCE: ISO-CHEMIE PRESENTS “SEALING – NEXT LEVEL”
Under the theme “Sealing – Next Level,” ISO-Chemie presented its wide range of forward-looking sealing solutions. In addition to personal interaction, the focus was particularly on hands-on experience: Visitors were able to test the products directly and see for themselves their efficiency, reliability, and ease of installation. At the same time, ISO-Chemie presented new developments that are consistently geared toward sustainability and future viability — in response to rising demands for energy efficiency and resource conservation.
Installation Challenge: FACTOR4 in Action
A particular crowd-pleaser was the hands-on installation challenge. In a direct comparison, two different sealing solutions were applied and tested: the innovative installation using the ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC multifunctional tape, and the traditional installation using window flashing membranes in combination with PU foam.
A direct time comparison showed that sealing with ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC is up to four times faster. Fewer steps, easy application, and significant time savings make ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC the ideal solution for efficient window sealing — especially when facing tight construction schedules, labour shortages, or large-scale construction projects. The conventional method, on the other hand, required more material and additional installation steps.
With ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC, ISO-Chemie clearly sums up its performance promise under the term “FACTOR4”: four decisive advantages in one system — faster, airtight, more resistant to driving rain, and more expansion-capable sealing. The term stands for a consistently practice-oriented product strategy that takes current and future market requirements equally into account and sustainably optimizes everyday installation work.
In addition, the technological foundation of FACTOR4 “HYFI-TECH” was presented at the booth. This hybrid technology integrates high-performance foil firewalls directly into the sealing tape. In this way, ISO-Chemie combines the high air and driving rain tightness of traditional film solutions with the flexibility, movement absorption, and adaptability of high-quality PUR soft foam. The result is a standards-compliant, high-performance, and particularly easy-to-install sealing solution that combines various building physics requirements in a single system.

The interactive #askisochemie table also drew a great deal of interest. Here, ISO-Chemie’s team of technical consultants engaged in in-depth discussions with designers, installers, and retail partners. Using specific installation scenarios, they provided practical demonstrations of how the systems can be used safely, in compliance with standards, and efficiently. The open dialogue and personalized advice made this area a central hub for professional exchange.
Expansion of the “BLUE LINE” organic product line
With the ISO-TOP WINFRAMER “TYPE 3” BLUE LINE, ISO-Chemie introduced a new product in its environmentally and climate-friendly bio-product line. The pre-wall installation system is made entirely of recycled, high-density EPS-R THERMAPOR, thereby making a significant contribution to resource conservation. Thanks to its robust material properties, the system is designed to be particularly durable and low-maintenance, which helps reduce costs. In addition, the use of recycled building products can offer economic advantages through government incentive programs.
RAL Quality Mark for ISO-BLOCO X-THERM
ISO-BLOCO X-THERM is the latest ISO-Chemie product to receive the RAL quality mark. This multifunctional joint sealing tape, featuring innovative Microtherm technology, provides thermal separation, sound insulation, and durable sealing—even for building elements with deep frames, such as front doors and lift-and-slide doors. This independent certification confirms the consistently high, externally monitored quality as well as reliable compliance with defined performance requirements. For designers, installers, and retailers, this means added confidence when selecting a sealing solution that will function reliably over the long term.
ISO-CONNECT FLAME B with ISO-TOP FLEXKLEBER B: A reliable solution for enhanced fire safety requirements
Among other products, ISO-Chemie introduced ISO-CONNECT FLAME B, a flame-retardant specialty sealing membrane designed for airtight and weatherproof sealing of window, door, and facade joints. The flexible and tear-resistant membrane enables safe and standard-compliant sealing in accordance with the requirements of the RAL installation guidelines and, thanks to its properties tailored to building physics, supports controlled moisture regulation in the connection area. Due to its fire behavior, the membrane is particularly suitable for construction projects with heightened fire safety requirements.
The new ISO-TOP FLEX-ADHESIVE B adhesive, which is part of the system, ensures a permanently secure bond. This high-performance, fire-resistant adhesive guarantees reliable adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and is optimally matched to the properties of the connection membrane. Together, both products form a tested system for a secure, durable, and fire-resistant connection seal.

Fensterbau Frontale 2026 once again demonstrated the importance of innovative waterproofing solutions for energy-efficient and sustainable construction.
