ISO-TOP FLEX-ADHESIVE XP
Bonding of connection films and sealing in conjunction with sealing films
Permanently elastic 1K adhesive and sealant with a wide range of adhesion properties
ISO-TOP FLEX-ADHESIVE XP is a high-quality, solvent-free and permanently elastic single-component construction sealant and adhesive based on MS polymer. With its wide adhesion spectrum it is ideal for creating airtight and windtight connections that are also impermeable to driving rain between ISO-CONNECT window connection foils and all standard construction surfaces such as concrete, aerated concrete, rigid PVC, timber, metals and fibreglass. ISO-TOP FLEX-ADHESIVE XP is also suitable for sealing joint sealing tapes and multi-functional joint sealing tapes in corners and butt joints, plus many other construction applications. ISO-TOP FLEX-ADHESIVE XP adheres even to slightly damp surfaces without primer.
Air-tight bonding of window connections
- use in connection joints, e.g. between facade elements, connection joints around window frames, joints in the masonry, concrete, etc.
- bonding and sealing when using window connection foils such as ISO-CONNECT INSIDE & OUTSIDE „BLUE LINE”, FD, EPDM, KSK SEAL, VARIO SD and XD (fleece and foil sides), construction sheeting, joint sealing tapes such as ISO-BLOCO 300 & 600 and multi-functional joint sealing tapes such as ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC, ONE, MULTITEC and MULTI-FUNCTIONAL TAPE (corner bonding)
- bonds in the vicinity of structural components made from all standard materials such as plaster edges, window walls, panels, sheets and prefabricated elements
- joint seals in facades, wall and floors
- bonding of joints adjacent to natural stone blocks
- adhesive for repairing existing MS polymer and hybrid polymer defects
