ISO-CONNECT FLAME B – Flexible and fire-retardant connection foil for exterior use
ISO-CONNECT FLAME B is a fire resistant, extremely flexible and stretchy special foil for creating facade connecting joints on windows, doors and panels that are both air tight and impermeable to driving rain. It is made from an adaptable soft polymer fleece with a special coating. Finishes are made with a self-adhesive strip for quick and effective application to the window frame. The vapour diffusion permeable fleece foil ensures moisture transport to the outside and meets the requirements of the German Building Energy Act GEG and the RAL “installation guide”.

ISO-CONNECT FLAME B is a component of the ISO³ FACADE SEALING SYSTEM and is used as weather protection for gluing over connection joints on the outside shells of buildings.
The adaptable special foil is very flexible and stands out due to its high mechanical load resistance. Due to its excellent response in the event of fire, it can be used in projects that demand fire resistant materials. Alongside its high tear strength, this connection foil absorbs movement extremely well, even where structural elements are subject to significant movement.
